Jan 15, Abhishek rated it really liked it Shelves: booksofindia. Nice repository of all the good things that one should incorporate in their daily lives, most of things that we have been told since childhood but have possibly forgotten with age, with addition of some scientific backing and anecdotes. While the first half of the book is an amalgamation of multiple topics - brain, sleep, meditation, food, exercise; the book over-indexes itself on learning in the second half, possibly because of the author's interest in the area.

Towards the second half, it gets a bit preachy. The not-so-subtle nudges to Art of Living and alternate therapies could've been subdued, which would have increased the credibility of the rest of the content.
